Does Poo Patrol Scoopers clean the entire yard?
Poo Patrol Scoopers will clean any areas of your property that have dog waste issues, including front, back, and side yards, flower beds, dog runs, etc.
How do you ensure the safety of my dogs?
The safety of our clients and their dogs is a top priority at Poo Patrol Scoopers. To ensure all dogs are safe, we clean all our equipment and shoes between each yard with a kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs. We also take gate pictures when we are done cleaning so you know your pets won’t get out of the yard, and we ensure everyone on our team is background checked.
How do you dispose of the pet waste after each cleanup?
Proper disposal is essential to environmental safety as dog poop is considered a hazardous waste material. We will double-bag the waste and place it in each client’s trash can or neatly on the side of their house.
Can I request a specific cleanup day?
At this time, we are unable to accommodate requests for specific service days as we provide service based on region in order to keep costs low and reduce our environmental impact.
Do you provide arrival windows for services?
No, we don’t provide arrival times for our pooper scooper services. While we will do our best to accommodate your schedule, we optimize our routes for drive time at midnight the day services are completed to help keep costs low.
Do you provide waste removal services year round?
Yes! Poo Patrol Scoopers provides dog waste removal services year-round, including winter. Even in the event of snowfall, most of the waste that accumulates is still scoopable.
How much does it cost to hire a professional pooper scooper?
Poo Patrol Scoopers has pooper scooper service plans starting as low as $73 per month. However, pricing is based on the yard size, service frequency, and number of dogs. Most of our clients pay between $95 and $106 per month.
Do I have to sign a contract for pooper scooper services?
No contracts! You can start, pause, and cancel your subscription at any time by updating your client portal or giving us a call.
Can you clean with my dog in the yard?
Yes, we love cleaning with dogs! We simply ask that if your dog has shown signs of aggression, you leave them inside during your cleaning. Ensuring the safety of our team is a top priority. If your dog is aggressive towards our team, you will be asked to put them inside or be completely removed from our route.
